We are currently looking for someone to join our team on a casual basis as our new tax lodgement liaison manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Uploading tax returns and other forms to our online portal for client approval
  • Assisting clients via phone and email with online return approval
  • Liaising with clients to ensure returns are approved for lodgement in a timely manner
  • Download and lodgement of tax returns and other forms
  • Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to ensure lodgement deadlines are met
  • Some front counter/reception and telephone assistance

Requirement to Apply

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills (you will be dealing with the directors, other staff and clients)
  • High level of client focus and efficiency
  • Strong, professional work ethic
  • Ability to follow processes and work unsupervised
