As the spread of COVID-19 continues to impact the global community, we remain focused on the health and safety of our employees, clients and our local community.

We are monitoring the evolving situation closely and will continue to respond accordingly. We anticipate no major interruptions to the services that we provide to you.

Our office remains open for business. Our systems mean you can always contact us if you need us.

Effective Thursday 19th March, our team have been given the option to work from home to decrease their risk of exposure. While we don’t know for sure on a day to day basis if we will be working from our office or working from our homes in coming weeks, we have invested in technology which enables us to assist you no matter what may happen.

We are endeavouring to have at least one person in the office at all times during our normal opening hours, but this may not always be possible. If you do intend to visit us in person, or have an existing appointment, please call first to ensure there is someone at the office to assist you.

We also respectfully ask that you do not come into our office if you:

  • Have returned from overseas in the last two weeks
  • Have come into contact with persons possibly infected with COVID-19
  • Have symptoms that include dry cough, temperature or difficulties breathing
  • Are generally unwell.

We are also available over the phone and email

Don’t hesitate to phone or email the team at Extrado when you need us, and we will be here to help you. Please bear in mind that we may need to ask you to wait for a callback from a team member if they are not in the office at the time of your call. Your patience in the meantime is greatly appreciated.

We will keep you informed of any changes to the above approach and encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns.

We have already been asked by a number of clients about the stimulus package announced by both State and Federal Governments in recent days.  Keep an eye out in the next 48 hours for further information regarding ways we can help you access these benefits, and other strategies to keep your business alive in the trying time.
